At Matt's, we go out of our way to find some of the best certified organic green
coffee beans in the world. But we don't stop there. While most coffee today - even organic coffee - is roasted using fossil fuels, we gently roast small batches
of beans in a vintage Italian roaster fired with native sap and fruitwood from
the forests of Maine. Our object is to complement the distinctive flavors
inherent to our select coffees with the subtle aromatics that only a wood fire
can impart. Organic coffee, roasted naturally. Enjoy.
